Who we are
BW Compliance is the building-compliance arm of Black & White Group, registered at 11 Boyd Street, Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 8LU. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the compliance area you are enquiring about, and your message. To help prevent spam and abuse we also record the submitting IP address and browser user-agent.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to scope and carry out any compliance work you ask us to, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Who we share it with
Where delivering your request involves another Black & White Group company (for example remedial works by our facilities or property teams), we may share the relevant details internally so the right team can help. We use trusted processors to deliver email and store enquiries; we never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and compliance records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, safety and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
