Qualified engineers carry out the inspections and testing — electrical, gas, fire, water and asbestos — and issue the certificates. Where something fails, it's logged as remedial work, not left as a note.

Monitor

Renew

We flag every renewal 90 days ahead and schedule it — and when remedial work is needed, the group's trades and facilities teams carry it out. The gap closes before it becomes a breach.
